Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Manitoba Poker Network ("MPN") website or participating in any of its services. These Terms govern your use of the MPN website and all related services provided by MPN. By accessing or using MPN, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not use MPN.

1. Eligibility

1.1. By using MPN, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. You also confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Account Registration

2.1. To participate in MPN services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring their security.
2.2. You must not use false, misleading, or inaccurate information during the registration process. MPN reserves the right to terminate your account if any information provided is found to be invalid, false, or misleading.
2.3. MPN reserves the right to refuse registration or revoke account access without providing a reason.

3. User Conduct

3.1. You agree to use MPN and its services for lawful purposes only. You are solely responsible for any content or materials you submit, post, or share using MPN.
3.2. You must not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, damage, or impair the MPN website or its associated services.

4. User Content

4.1. By posting or sharing any content through MPN, you grant MPN a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display the content to provide and promote MPN services.
4.2. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to grant the license mentioned in section 4.1. You are solely responsible for any content you upload, publish, display, or transmit through MPN.

5. Prohibited Activities

5.1. The following activities are strictly prohibited on MPN:
5.1.1. Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities, including money laundering or identity theft.
5.1.2. Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
5.1.3. Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms.
5.1.4. Accessing or attempting to access accounts, servers, systems, or network infrastructure not authorized by MPN.
5.1.5. Harassing, intimidating, or abusing others or interfering with their use and enjoyment of MPN.
5.1.6. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any aspect of MPN.

6. Security

6.1. MPN takes reasonable measures to ensure the security and integrity of its platform, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You understand and accept the inherent risks associated with using MPN services.
6.2. You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. MPN is not responsible for any unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your account information.

7. Termination

7.1. MPN reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, restrict your access to MPN services, or remove any content without prior notice or liability.
7.2. You may terminate your account by contacting MPN. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that should reasonably survive will continue to apply.

8. Modifications

8.1. MPN reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to access or use MPN after any revisions, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
8.2. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of MPN indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Manitoba, Canada.
